I have started a special recipe blog in Hubpages. Go ahead, click on the link. There I publish my own recipes which are usually my remakes of traditional stuff like mince pies, for instance. I occasionally try something new or glance over a recipe and know how I would change it. And sometimes I do it. My changes involve edging closer to “healthy”, adding protein and fiber in the shape of oatmeal, wholemeal flour, or cottage cheese to name just a few examples. I like little twists in commonly known foods. Soon I’ll be taking up donuts. So exciting!
